So I wanted to be kinda far out with my idea for this concept. Since the theme was "solar punk" I thought out this design. the way it's solar powered is a bit complex to be explained in a single picture.
- The collector units on the sides sucks in humidity from the air. a dive in a cloud would fill a whole tank or two as it's quite efficient.
While the water is cool after collecting. it's pumped up into a tube system on the top of the craft. where the sun heats it up so it becomes steam. this works even better at high altitudes.
The steam is then used as a power source for the crafts functionality.

Love love love. I'm using the concept of a solar steam airship for a post-oil steampunk campaign I'm running and this is just gorgeous!
